Not launched by his Dad

MPK was an ATBB 2nd highest grosser of time that time

Launched by an Established Production house but a Debutant director

Overnight superstar

MPK won the best film at the filmfare but salman didnt win the best actor award

Hrithik Roshan

Coming from a well known Director/producer/actor/musician family

Launched by Dad(mortaging his house)

KNPH was only a BB not an ATBB not where close to Highest ever grosser

Overnight superstar

KNPH sweept all awards..HR won the best actor at FF over the superstar SRK

Hrithik got both best debut and best actor award .KNPH songs ,dance steps everything was so popular at that time .dont know about Salman Khan .

Salman his debut had all things what an debutant wants on his/her debut. What more u can ask for. MPK become craze at that time and so its dialogues and Salman became over night superstar.
Dosti mein na sorry no thank you is still remembered and said now also and that white kabootar also. 😆

Haven't watched MPK...tried to when it came on TV a few months ago but that diabetes-inducing movie was beyond my tolerance.

Regardless, I would still go with HR because I still remember the rage and hysteria surrounding HR during KNPH...especially that Ek Pal Ka Jeena song.
