so so it appears, saira-bano twin are from another wife, and Mahira ad her brother have same mother...that means the brother is younger and still dependent upon her...may be studying in a boarding school and Mahira has to bear his expense...in that case, the boy would not be of similar age with Kainat...Kinath looks like she is of Mahira's age only.or maybe 1 or 2yrs younger.
