Dr Manoj at bhalla house having dinner n Ishita n mihika serving all of them...Dr manoj advises then to keep positive environment around ishita..n keep her happy...then Raman says to Ishita dat Adi vl eat on his own u come n eat...n finally simmi back...some vry cute offscreen moments too

Lose the baby as in she has hsd s miscarriage or is it some sort of predictioon with bg voice

Why is a fertility doctor visiting patient home and advising the whole family how to look after ishita😕 I thought it's just common sense everyone needs to be careful and take extra care of her, anything for drama

Nothing mentioned in d video ... neithr any byte of any actor regarding loss of baby... its jst d videouploader has named d video as such.. so chill guyz.. dere is nthin to worry as of nw n I personally feel "chahe jitni problems aaye ishra baby vl b safe"... BE POSITIVE GUYS !!!!

hey guys pls trend on twitter nosurrogate shagun track, surrogate track or miscarriage track we just want our ishra baby. After seeing so much spoilers im feeling so tensed whether ishu will have a miscarriage so please make sure that we are trending about this now. Pls no ishu miscarriage.
