This time, last year, Bigg Boss 8 promos were all around the show was about to kick-start around September 20. But this year, it's already September and there has not even one promo unveiled. Our sources say that the channel and the makers have a lot of plans ready.
Our khabroo reveals, "The first promo of Bigg Boss 9 should be out around September 10. The team has designed a concept, in tandem with this season's setting and arrangement." Already, a speculative list of contestants have been doing the rounds. Ask about it and our source clarifies, "There are some names that are right but most of it is incorrect."
But what our source does confirm is that our Bhaijaan Salman Khan will indeed be returning on the show as the host. "Last year, Salman didn't shoot the extended edition and the TRPs went for a toss. Although Farah was amazing on the show, the channel have decided to stick to the audiences' favourite Salman to take the show forward this time as well."
So when is Bhai shooting the promo? "Salman is now busy wrapping up Prem Ratan Dhan Payo in Karjat. The entire team will also shoot the promo in Karjat itself. The modalities are being worked out. Hopefully, the channel will take a call and the first promo, in all probabilities will be shot in three-four days latest."
Salman has been camping in Karjat to complete PRDP. While Neil Nitin Mukesh and Armaan Kohli has already wrapped up their portion for the film, a song sequence with Sonam and Salman is left to be shot. Hence a little delay in the BB shoot is inevitable. Will the delay not affect the channel's deadlines? "The channel already wanted to start airing the promos from September 1 itself.
