We have often heard about filmmakers coming up with no cellphone policy on the sets of their films so that no images get leaked onto the internet. But it seems Bhansali likes to be different from the rest in this as well. We stumbled upon a no makeup rule active on the sets of his magnum opus Bajirao Mastani for everyone!
We told you that Deepika Padukone will be seen in amujra in the film as she plays Mastani. The shoot began from today and will go on for 10 days. According to a source, Bhansali is very strict about reprising the bygone era perfectly. He apparently has asked Deepika and everyone on the sets to wear minimal to no makeup. His reason being in those days, wearing makeup was not in vogue and so to make it look authentic, he wants everyone to tone it down as much as possible.
