Abhi refuses to bend down to Pragya's rules. Pragya asked him to see her in the court. Determined abhi says the same things. Pragya reminds him that court cases take ages to solve so she would rather cut down on marriage expenses. Abhi questions her who does she think she is to stop his marriage. She should also apologize to his family members. Pragya tells him that he is an asset to her and she can do whatever she wants to with him. She reminds him that since he is into business it is always beneficial if the rockstar is unmarried as it generates more revenue. She wants him to be super successful this time and then she will think about his marriage and with whom. Abhi who thought that Pragya still loves him dismiss his thoughts altogether listening to her words. She asks others not to disturb abhi for their needs because she is the one dealing with financial things.
Pragya scolds the office stuffs for wasting unnecessary money on computers and papers which are not required. She enquired about the accountant who looks after abhi's account. She showed Abhi the Ashram papers where every month his account has been debited with 5 lakhs rupees. she said this Ashram doesnt even exists. Abhi stared at the file.
Pragya seals every account even with abhi asked her not to saying he would never ask money from anybody. Tanu, Alia and Raj meets outside and plans against Pragya.
