Referred to as Indian television's Aamir Khan for being the
perfectionist he is, the multifaceted Ravi Dubey has time and again
proved that he can effortlessly ace whatever he sets out to do! Ruling
the hearts of millions of viewers with his endearing portrayal of Sid in
Zee TV's popular primetime drama Jamai Raja, the actor will once
again surprise everyone by donning the look of a Pathan in the show.
Interestingly, this isn't the first time he has pulled off a different
avatar in the show - be it the Rajasthani dance troupe disguise or
donning the female avatar for a sequence to now carrying the Pathan
look with elan, he never ceases to entertain the audiences.

In the ongoing high octane drama, Roshni (Nia Sharma) and the kid
Ayesha (Delissa Mehra) are kidnapped and Sid will put in all his
efforts to locate them. While on his search, he gathers some
important clue near the dargah and to dodge the kidnappers, he
disguises himself as a Pathan, complete with stubble, surma in the
eyes and the black kurta. Slipping in to various avatars with equal
ease, Ravi shares, "Carrying multiple looks in one show has been an
interesting experience. After carrying the Rajasthani look and the
disguise of a woman, I am gearing up to play a Pathan now in Jamai
Raja. It's rare on television that an actor gets to don different
disguises in the same show. TV is, by and large, a women-centric
domain and male characters don't get so much scope for variation.
The industry is in a good phase where even the male actors are being
accorded meaty, challenging roles."
