Meher is treated just like another employee, & not a CEO (no matter how small the channel is) Isn't Meher the CEO, & Abeer just a star - a position much lower in standing. Then how does he get his way & just do whatever he wants, esp on his show? As a CEO, Meher has every right to stop Abeer from talking about his love story on the show if she doesn't approve of it. For a girl who is so strong & professional, shouldn't she talk back with actions by summoning the legal contract between Abeer & the company, rather than constantly just shouting at Abeer to not wash their dirty linen in public. Her strong upfront nature should be backed by actions, rather than just plain words & glares. The kick wasn't anything great in my opinion. The true kick would be Meher showing Abeer his contract & using that to either control him or get rid of him from the office.

I have been thinking about this aspect since in the recent episode Meher stopped Abeer's show when he read her diary. Although, I absolutely empathize with her, in some respects it was a little unprofessional on her behalf. Due to her personal issues the channel didn't have a show to air so everyone else had to scramble.

Meher took this job knowing Abeer was going to be there and that there was the possibility of personal issues between them. Her obligation is to make sure that her decisions benefit the company and that she looks at the bigger picture for the company. Abeer staying there benefits the company. Abeer may be washing their dirty linen in public but again the story is good for the company and technically he is not going against company policy. Basically I don't think it would be right for her to use her professional authority just to protect herself.

I think it would be different if she actually owned the company-- because then any financial loss would be a personal thing. But in this case Sattu hired her to help him, its not fair of her to hurt the company due to what is mostly a personal matter with a star.

Seriously Yaar the way he is handling her , Ek dum Badtameez 😆
Awww waiting for that moment and u know what I feel is they might have shared a great bonding , I mean look at her even after kicking she didn't run away or scared she taunted him cutely , fearlessly , I mean that level of fear free behaviour is possible when they know each other very well being it good or bad , great or worst . I am so intrgued to know their love story .

I think she instigated him by changing his show timing and trying to show him she is the boss. Then if he had not helped her with Naseer, she wud have been in trouble. She was actually trying to create a rift between friends earlier. I mean who will bring in his own competitor? But then Abeer is not insecure. The channel got its popularity coz of Abeer and he is still no 1. So if he has attitude that is justifiable. But I have not seen him throw attitude at anyone, that is only reseved for Meher😆

She cannot do anything using her CEO powers , story narration will only brings more audience to show , which is good for company , some thing is legal and if it's adding value to company , on what basis she can throw Abeer out !! She cannot stop him professionally.
