i guess, it is more to do with the price the film was sold...its NOT the Cost of Production (COP).. PK isnot 120cr in that regard... Its the selling price...

PK's budget was around 70-75cr(excluding aamir hirani fees)

Jai ho budget was low but was sold at a high price so thats why its included im the budget had it not been sold itwoukd have gotten a hit tag per boi and sources
