A dreadful loudspeaker saas like Amba
A jealous, cunning but friendly, OTT vamp like Ritika
A stupid, Mahan, self-secrificing heroine like Ishani who has a victim mentality of self pity.
A conspiring and gossiping extended family females like chaitali and laxmi.
All of them fighting to get their hands on hero.
This is the definition of WOMEN EMPOWERMENT for BT and the entire media industry. I think that such portrayal of women is an insult to the changing roles of females in eastern societies. All these characters are silly, their behaviors and personality transitions within the soap. Thank God I never saw this crap from the start coz I always knew that it's a BT soap. And women are the weakest beings in EK world.
The worst qualities that I like to change in women are "SELF PITY, and JEALOUSY" and this is what Rishani are doing. The former is a victim of self pity the latter jealousy. Why can't the media show independent, strong, self made, family oriented, fun loving, happy females who balance their personal and professional lives efficiently. If EK being a woman cannot show (a pessimist may be) then we cannot expect a man to present such characters because men cannot think like women, only 1% can.
If you guys have ever saw a self made woman in any serial or soap who characterization remained intact, do share.
I quit today. This show ends for me but yes I still love my idiotic ranveer 😆. I can't stop loving him. He was the only reason I started watching after he got shot because I liked his hate track. But the show has ended and I was sticking to it like a glue 😆coz of all of you. Thank you so much for giving so much hope. I will post my appreciation thread for some special members later on.
