ermm, well, if you look old bw era 50's-60's and even 70's, i don't think "i love you" in english was quite a thing. They used to confess their love in very dense way! I mean for me it has always been very intense and dramatic.
If you look at the poetry or shayari aspect - i think nothing is more beautiful than urdu language. The eloquence and sublimeness is unmatchable to other languages. Though, English is fine for more casual expression and i feel it has that simplicity which you all need at times.I think choose whatever you're most comfortable with. Afterall, love is love ?! lol
