Dabbu shows Sunaina the video which she has recorded where Sunaina had confessed everything. Dabbu says how could she do this and its because of women like her that the real rape victims never get justice. Dylan says this won't effect a woman like her who trapped an innocent. Sunaina then goes on to confess the entire issue about how she herself had tried to seduce Abhimanyu but when that failed, she deliberately levied fake charges on him buying the medical examiner and witnesses. All this is recorded by Debjani. Dylan loses his cool about how she ruined Abhimanyu's life and in the heat, he ends up revealing that Abhimanyu is his step-brother. Juliet too informs LN and Mamta that Abhimanyu is Dylan's father's son from his first wife and that Dylan was only taking revenge from Sunaina.
Rajvir asks Dabbu and Dylan to go home and show all the recordings to LN Thakur while he and his friends will take care of Sunaina and Jaydeep till Police comes. As they leave, Dylan calls her from back as Dabbu and hugs her. He then says how wrong he was in hiding the truth from her. Dabbu says how could he think that her love will decrease after knowing truth. She says had he told her the truth in the beginning then it would have been better. Dylan agrees and they both promise each other to never hide the truth from each other and trust each other.
LN sees the recordings and feels guilty about giving a wrong verdict but Juliet says it wasn't in his hands as Sunaina had created a whole army of false evidence and witnesses. LN then guides him to place a fresh appeal and Binny helps him in that. Next day first the doctors and nurse and attendant are arrested along with Sunaina and Jaydeep.
Court also reopens the case and Sunaina is made to confess everything in front of the 2 judges bench. Abhimanyu is then called. He begs to be taken away seeing Sunaina and Jaydeep but judges assure him that he is safe in the court. The bench then announces Abhimanyu is freed from all the charges based on the new evidence and sets him free. They further announce that his innocence will be publicized through media so that he does not face any harrassment.
