Indian Idol is loosing its standard

guys I think Indian Idol is loosing its standard. in II-1 Abhijit Sawant was a better singer. so II-1 was better. in II-2 Sandeep Acharya was ok singer so not bad but no in II-3 Prashant Tamang is the worst singer in the entire world. He doesnt even speak proper Hindi.II-3 was ther worst season and II-3 is the worst INdian idol. I hope that for the II-4 they find good talent and change the format to 50-50. so we can have good INdian Idol

i quite agree with sum points..but i guess we have to face reality with positivity...lets just be happy with what we've got 😛 i dont think ii has officially regreted getting these idols and always welcumed them so why shud we "bheja pakane ka" 😃

i agree too, it is loosing its standard. we need some REAL judges this time, and to change the voting system. it should be so you vote for the worst singer, and whoever gets the most votes is eliminated. so it really would be called voting OUT, and not voting IN.

voting the worst singer seems reaally odd, it wud directly hurt the contestants

Sandeep was not an ok singer, he just needed polishing, and he did!!! Yesterday he was wayyyyyyyyyy better then Abhijeet Sawant. and I am sure he is going to come back with a bang!!

Similarly, Prashant is NOT a bad singer, he just needs polishing. he will do wonders!!! I was his so-so fan, until I saw him in both Mumbai and Kalkata concert!! he was rocking. and he has all the ability to sing in all genres!!

So I dont think that Indian Idol's standard is going anywhere. it is not in II's team hand to choose the winners. they are fair. and they dont change votings, which I am sure other channels are capable of doing. II is the most trustworthy reality show.

Winning is not everything. singers who weren't the winners go far as well, many times, farther then the winner.

well it would hurt them in the same way that it would hurt them with getting the least votes in the current system. it's equal.

i agree but i think the judges did a good job esp javed saab nd anuji...

Prashant is NOT the worst singer ever, he's much betta than Sandeep. It's not that he can't spk Hindi, he has a strong Nepali accent, wat duz that matter if he can sing in a good accent? Have u heard Kumar Sanu, Lata Ji, Asha Ji spk? They have strong accents, but their singing accent is flawless.
