Here everyone is mixing two different things .

Vijjendra Prasad went to Aamir with his idea of BB as he wanted his idea to be executed in form of a film . Aamir turned it down . So He went to Kabir Khan who loved the idea . Kabir while Writing the whole script and screenplay of BB had only SALMAN in his mind as Pavan . So he narrated the script to Salman who loved the Script so much that he got ready to produce it as well . So Salman was always the FIRST and LAST CHOICE for Kabir who wrote the Script & Screenplay of BB .
