Sandeep Acharya, the winner of the Indian Idol 2, is here to stay. He recently bought a flat in Malad, off Link Road. The apartment is a special gift to his parents. Sandeep, who hails from Bikaner in Rajasthan, is ecstatic after buying the flat in Mumbai. The sprawling flat, with a majestic view of lush green trees, cost him Rs 70 lakh.

When contacted Sandeep sounded jubilant. He said, "Although the flat cost me a lot of money, it was definitely worth buying. I am very happy with it, let's hope that it forms the stepping stone to success for me. I want to leave a mark in the music industry."

For all those who thought that Sandeep had packed his bags and gone home, and was lost into oblivion, after winning Indian Idol 2, he was busy with his first album Mere Saath Saara Jahan as part of his contract with Sony TV.

He has already planned his second album and is working on it currently. Sandeep is busy compiling about 15-20 songs under the direction of noted singer-music director Roop Kumar Rathod and music composer Siddharth Kashyap. Sandeep himself is composing some songs for the compilation.

I saw him today and after hearing his recorded version of tenu le will definitely not even bother listening to his album.

Have you guys heard any news about karunya show me any song in which he got so many polarity so guys you cannot compare sandeep and karunya 😳 I think karunya sang a one song in a movie too but its was also not a super duper hit 🤢

Karunya's song was a hit. His album too is a hit. Also, he is doing playback in his state and those songs too are doing well. Also, he is hosting the kid's saregama which too is a prestigious show. And all this at 21 years of age. Would you like to tell mewhat Sandeep has to his credit in this past 1 year?

I love sandeep bottom to top and top to bottom so pls no argument lefts as far as karunya is concerned he is a good singer whereas sandeep is the the best and complete package of singing+Performing 😛 that is why he was crowned as an Indian Idol -2 😊
