I'm back with my reviews and thanks everyone for the feedback on my take last week.
Coming down to this week's episode, i have to appreciate the graph of the show as its moderately moving whereby its not too fast nor draggy. And within 2 weeks, i could say that quite a lot have happened and more revelations or layers to the characters were shown.

While most shows would save their best for the last, ETRETR broke the norm and showed a scene that most were waiting for on Monday itself. I think i''ve said this in my previous take too that Gayatri is just like any normal ordinary girl that you can find around. I'm sure we all must have dreamed of a fairytale kinda of story with a Prince Charming coming to sweep us off our feet one day. But for Gayatri, she isn't afraid of dreaming and i love the fact on how she fangirls over Rana and would do anything just to catch a glimpse of him. In fact the dream sequence was beautifully portrayed with Gayatri getting down from a car in a royal look and her scarf flies and Rana holds it while she runs after Rana and they both sharing a look. The scene was simple and yet elegant.

And that's what happened when she fell down while trying to see Rana and she falls into the sea. Rana who is despite the king didn't waste a moment in jumping and rescuing Gayatri. And when we all expected that Rana would give Gayatri CPR, she woke up on her own. Certainly a twist that well suited both of them. Gayatri's dream almost came true when she opened her eyes and saw the man who saved her was none other than Rana. I got to say, Rana really looked hot in white and can certainly make one goes weak on their feet. In fact Gayatri also starts questioning on how come a man had touched her and yet she felt comfortable with it. So there is certainly some sort of connection already that she can feel within her and she never leaves a chance of seeing Rana let it be during Rana's trip to the mandir or wanting to meet Rana by going to the castle.

This week, we got to see that Gayatri's mother is an orthodox person who thinks that a girl should only remain at home and she should not come home late and believes that a girl carries the family's pride with her. However one line i did not agree with her was that 'A girl can only go out with her husband or holding her dad's hand. She doesn't has a husband and she is not in the age to hold her father's hand'. I'm glad that being a man, Gayatri's father doesn't thinks the same way. In fact i love the bond that they share and i really hope their bond remains the same always.

Rajmata though is proud of herself being a Rajmata certainly has the softspot too. And while Rana's chacha ji was collecting tax and without Rajmata's knowledge, it was nice seeing how Rajmata saying that she didnt know about this and Rana too left after Sulochana's death and Rana assuring her that now he is back, he will set all right. A mother would always be a mother and same way, this mother is missing her son's smile and wants back her old son instead of a changed person standing before her. Rana who is still dwelled in his past isn't going to let go of his past so easily seeing his anger during his confrontation with Rajmata.

Then came an unexpected scene. Its known that Rana's cousin is married and his wife is living in her parent's house. In fact it was also said that she is mostly in her parent's house which Rana also acknowledged that at least he will get to see her when she attends the function. And the reason for it was subtly conveyed with the scene of Rana's cousin and his butler indicating a possibility of homosexuality. In fact you certainly didn't see that coming especially with the butler grooming and discussing about his wife invited for the function and suddenly the butler says that they still stand a chance and touches him while the cousin smiles. In view with US recent verdict on love wins, it would be interesting to see how the CVs handle this subject as issues like this are normally termed as taboo in the society.

Now coming to the precap, Gayatri arrives at the castle while at the same time Rana says that no one else can replace Sulochana's place in his life. Well, Gayatri is here to break that promise and would be waiting to see under what circumstances do their marriage takes place. Seeing how Rajmata is so conscious over her status and the royal status, how would she treat or accept Gayatri as her bahu.

I missed ur 1st week take
But certainly agree with this week's take. Awesome analysis.

I also found the story moving at genuine pace. Not too fast & not that dragging.

Yup loving dream sequences of gayatri. She is currently in a fangirl mode which i believe most of us here have felt, atleast i have felt. And this is not a hidden fact that in reality too fans r damn crazy for their favorites & go on to do crazy things

Loving Ranaji aka Sid & Gayatri aka DD chemisty.

All the other supporting characters are also well webbed in the story & are doing awesome but yeah sometimes those two Bhabhis r annoying.

All in all i am loving the show so far

Here is my 1st week's take : Week One Take: ETRETR is Certainly Glittering

Yes, somehow rather most of us fangirl or have crush either on an actor or maybe even someone whom we see in our daily life. We can't say its love but its crush or admiration. So the same way, Gayatri is also attracted to Rana and i believe she got more attracted to him especially after listening to him in the library and Rana saving her life.

Initially in the first week, we saw Rana being the calm and composed person. And in the second week, we also saw him getting angry and i got to say that both Gayatri and Rana are certainly apt for their roles.

The two bhabhi's are not sometimes but always annoying 😆
In fact the elder bhabhi and Gayatri's mother looks almost the same age but i'm glad the guys in the house are really nicer to Gayatri.
