1991 - HENNA

I doubt this is all the films. 1990 just had 11 releases?

1990: I have only watched Dil from this list, didn't think much of it tbh

1991: Lamhe

1992: Haven't seen any

1993: Hum Hain Rahi Pyaar Ke

1994: Bandit Queen

1995: DDLJ

1996: Maachis; special mention to Khamoshi

1997: Dil Toh Pagal Hai

1998: Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

1999: Taal

Wow, some of these years were very difficult, particularly late 90s.

Special Mention: 1989 and Tridev. The movie will forever be etched in my memory till the day i die. Viju Shah did a one up on Gloria Estefan's mediocre song. Plus the 'gali gali' song makes me swoon till date and the 'mein teri mohabbat mein' is still a hauntingly romantic song.

1991 - Lamhe followed by Dil hain ke manta nehin and Saajan

1992 - Roja followed by Jo Jita Wohi Sikandar

1993 - Bazigar (Year of SRK definitely)

1994 - Andaz Apna Apna

1995 - DDLJ followed by Rangeela

1996 - Khamoshi

1997 - Dil to pagal hain

1998 - 1947 Earth and Dilse
