And I don't really agree with Amaya wearing salwars is her adjusting. Her adjusting would be wearing something like stylish kurti's or longer dresses or whatever. Not straight salwars imo. I doubt she'd ever worn salwars before.

To TM: Hi Teju, nice to see you here 😆

Regarding your post, idk. Although Sneha is coming across as a weakling, I actually see it as believable? From the very beginning of the show, it always seemed like Rishi was the backbone of the family. It was through him Sneha derived her confidence and happiness. So when he was alive, she was exuberant and confident. After his death, she was sullen and a weakling for a really long time. She was just sad, not just emotionally but like just when you see her actions, they were so sad. What action did she really take? For me, she was too fixated on getting Hari out so he could help them out. Did she take an initiative to get a job or something? Also, if I'm remmerbing correcting, she also wasn't *strong* infront of Chaubey initially. She didn't want to be seen by him I think? So she's always kinda been a weakling for me who relies heavily on others. Like even during Dev (her past), who knows what she would've done had Rishi not shown up and saved the day. She was spoilt like heck growing up. Tbh, I was kinda disappointed with her, I wanted to see her facing her life without Rishi and learning to struggle and grow (kinda like Amu -- except I find Sneha more likeable than Amu prob because Gautami is a MUCH better actor). So yeah, not too disappointed by her fear of Dev and what he'll do to her family.

Also, Uma's turn is also *kinda* foreseeable. You said it yourself, Uma is possesive as helll. Even when Amu-Mantu didn't like each other, she was still jealous of Amaya and wanted her to remain away from Mantu so he could stay with her only. So to me, her change isn't too drastic. Possessiveness makes the most sane people irrationally and Uma wasn't the most sane anyway 😆

But yeah agree with you on the whole general show is becoming too cliche/ dramatic without a cause.

Hi everyone! thanks much for your lovely replies! sorry have been a bit busy but will reply to all! and I'm doing another analysis of yesterday so check it out!

@ishu GOOD TO SEE YOU HERE INSTEAD OF THAT INSIPID SHOW BABES! yes after yesterday's dialogues by amu, i actually completely see where your thinkings at. i haven't really seen all of the early episodes diligently. am rewatching now. will talk more about sneha in yesterday's epi in my analysis. ya i did admit that uma's turn is cliche as hell, but this show had kept to its new story telling till now so was hoping it'll keep at it and throw me a curveball and show uma with an ounce of understanding of her friendship atleast rather than turn her into nagini 2. but alas. love stories are all about the crazy of the third wheel rather than the honest love of two people. all the great writers of romance i guess must all be massive idiots and the cvs of indian telly genius'.
