Hi, this is my complain too, they never show it, how the viewers would know, they might tried too, mean the raghav coming very late home mean two am n then fell asleep on his mother's bed, next morning again gone to work

About the find time thing, when he is around, his kids are busy, do. Thry want to spend time with him?

Dont forget once nimmi show him the dress she design, he praised her, her daadi got jealous but agAin he said dress is very nice, also he found time to talk to shivam when they ride to office in train stetion , shivam is always silent in front of him, why not talk for a change?

I agree that his relationship with his Kids needs a lot of work. His mother indeed knows how to work him. She takes advantage of the fact he is working long hours. The scene where she tried to expose Khushiya with the phone, when she locked Nimmi in the room. ( Her face when he came home said it all SHE KNEW SHE WAS WRONG but turned it . Even when he asked Nimmi what happened She said ask Dadi...What did she do She began paraising Nimmi saying she worked hard fulling water and Khushiya said forget it all ...Indicative that he is very much unaware of what is happening.
Again with the Clothes Nimmi was proud of it, he was praising her good work Shanti looked like her world just crashed as she fell to the floor.! My guess is she dose not allow him the time he needed to bond with them.
NO he is not perfect. he beleves his mother will not say anything that is wrong. Koushilya did give him a piece of her mind about what he did by searching Shivam. And he did in his way apologize. No he is not the warm emotional type that much is obvious , but he dose care about them.
As for Shivam's Job, he hid it which was wrong. By doing so he made it look like his mother instigated it to get the $$$. Untrue of course, but given the type of person that Shanti is he should have known that would happen.
