I wonder !!!

Sid knew roshni health not good, he saw directly how she suffering from health problem, but he didn't ask her about that all, he just came there to do romance that's it...I really surprised from cvs

i feel he thought naani and dd are taking care of her

He must have thought Roshni was feeling the normal and regular discomfort which girls feel every month 😆 He was repeatedly asking during puja and Roshni was constantly denying having any problem, so he must have thought it as that regular issue which she don't want to disclose to him and would get better after some time😆

On a serious note, when Sid came to romance Roshni was looking perfectly fine. If she was very sick she would have been lying down or Sid could have seen it in her face. On the other hand she was happy and glowing, so he may not have thought she is ill or something. On top of that she is eating or drinking whenever he calls and sick person normally don't do that😆 So, he is not thinking Roshni is very unwell and thought it as a slight nausea for sometime😛

still he care for her more na, so at least CVS should show he ask her about that

ya u have a point, but what I felt is he saw her walking out by getting health issue , so I felt he can ask her in concern when he met her what's happening with her

Ya, that would have been logical if he asked😊
But I'm really fine with Sid not asking anything.. The more he asks the more Roshni will have to lie or hide things, anyway she is not going to say the truth So, its better this way.. And CVs may be avoiding such situations, to make it easier for Roshni to hide the pregnancy .. According to spoilers, after haldi he asks Roshni and she thinks of saying the truth.. So, may be CVs don't want to repeat same scene, hence it was avoided yesterday😊
