Edit. I meant from todays episode: meher was wearing a dress that was partly covered with her hair but if you look closely it doesnt cover her back (where the tattoo is supposed to be) And so one should be able to see the tattoo which we couldnt

Is your question why can't anyone else see Meher's tattoo?

I was wondering that too-- but I guess they only draw it on when the story requires it. I guess we should just assume it gets covered with Meher's hair.

It's just a part of the story. I assume they didn't think we would he able to see her nape. And it doesn't really matter cos they weren't concentrating in it unlike the party when they done the dance.
