before the wedding.. i dont think so he will be very angry with her.. he may be hurt that she did not share.. but wil overcome it soonish.. coz he loves her and is excited for a baby!

I really hope Sid knows about it before wedding and ASAP. The more it is delayed there is more scope of problems😕 And many of the segments VO was saying pregnancy would lead to a small twist on marriage day.. So, he may know the truth on marriage day too..
