Bad Acting doesn't go Well

I beg to differ here....

Firstly, Indian Television needs to learn nothing from American Television other than maybe their technical brilliance....

Secondly,CSI is a forensic-centric show , so the main cast has to be great and it really is....on the other hand, CID is investigation centric abd our main cops do a pretty cool job... in Forensic, Dr. Salunkhe is good while Shraddha as Dr. Tarika is trying to gel in....

People behind the show only the best for it , so am sure they'll ponder over your pint.

I don't think you guys understood the point. Mayoopatel is saying that the main cast acts well, but the guest actors (criminals, victims, witnesses) are often bad actors. I would have to agree with that.

And about Indian Television having a lot to learn from American Television...well, in technical aspects, this is undeniably true. That's the point I believe mayoopatel is trying to make.

CID is a wonderful show and I would like it to continue being original. It would be a shame if they start to copy CSI...but they definitely need to get better guest actors to make the show more credible.

We understood Mayoo's point well, Suhana and i agree on the technical aspect as well. Guest actors are not a permanent part of the cast, so they variate from good to bad....CID tries getting the best actors to play victims and killers but not everytime you can see a star who acts well. One sceners and two sceners are a different case altogether....

Moreover, in the post, the writer didn't specify what Indian television needs to learn from American Television and not everybody is comfy with that kinda comparison. No offence, general observation.

I would like to add something without offending anyone,when you actually come to think of the acting skills,everyone does a wonderful job,because acting isnt all that easy,although the fact that most of the time the villains and the killers are just acting for the sake of it and not putting in their best is something which needs to be taken into account by the casting team,when you look at from our point of view,the protagonists no doubt do a good job but at times even they do falter a bit,which is nothing but natural.And about learning from CSI,thats something which needs to be taken up by the CID team and not anyone else.
