Someone has to be eliminated each time. Fine, so the judges have an opinion on who the worst singers are. What I felt hearing their discussion was:
- Viewers don't understand good singing when they hear it and are taken by performances - If this was the case, Yumna would have lasted for a long time. I think they are pointing at Ananya here since judges gave her only her expressions as a positive feedback that day and said she slipped multiple times
- Viewers should judge like the judges sitting there. If judges want to guide viewers into voting for particular contestants, they should show their own scores. Issue is that this could cause people to root for the underdog as has happened in other reality shows😆 However, what judges can do, is give clear feedback. If they praise each and every contestant as if it is their best performance, they are not helping voters.
Actually, I was disappointed in how clearly they expressed their disappointment that it was Ajay who was in Bottom 3 and not Ananya. Best was that Ronita came in Bottom 3 the week that Lataji praised her song😆
I was willing to bet that it was Moti who was going to be eliminated because of which the elimination was called off but then remembered Ronita's Lalaji connection this week which means it could have been her as well but would have looked odd to send her out this week.
