charming shiney ahuja...for jumping on his house maid at noon. not convicted as rapist yet..but almost qualifies as one.

adorable khalnaayak -sanju baba - bombay blast and killing innocent.

ever green - most handsome- salman bhai - for bulldozing innocent and killing them.

3 charming criminals i can think of now...any others ..don't know...

btw..this yakub is an actor also...don't know...and don't know how he looks...maybe good looker...
