i think she saw misha and the doctor

doing eye signals and talking to each other

so she got her suspicion on the doctor now

Yeah DD did see the communication with eyes between Misha and Doc. DD is now going to go all jasoosi on Misha. And according to the precap she will be going to SidNi to spill that Misha killed Shiv.
