Today there was a scene where they showed that the orphanage was not ready to release the child as Romi did not have a fixed financial security.

My question is - Romi is the biological father of Rohit and even Sqrika who has a definite fixed income is the biological mother of the child, so then when the child is returning to the parents itself how can the orphanage create problems by asking such things ?

Does it happen really in reality or was this scene put in just to make Romi and Sarika fall in Ishita's feet later on after the squabble which is about to happen between them in tomorrow's episode ?

I am not really sure in this matter but once the baby goes into the orphanage I think parents lose their rights.
The orphanage has to make sure baby future will be secure before releasing the baby. I think it does not matter whether is it to the parents or third party because from orphanage stand point of view they are legally adopting the baby from their orphanages so it has a responsibility to see that baby future is secure.

There is one aunty of mine who runs an orphanage for disabled kids, she once told that they adopt only orphan kids and not semi-orphan as issues can be created by the parents later on.

So looking at the whole thing from that view, it looks as if parents cannot be questioned if they decide to get back their adopted kids to themselves.

You might be right as I said I don't know how legally it would work but logically I thought they are adopting the kid from their organization so the organization has a duty to secure the baby future.

Once a child is given into the care of an orphanage, anonymously or otherwise they become the wards of the state and are declared as such. They have no legal parents or guardians who can stand in for their family.

If the child has been brought to the orphanage under circumstances which perhaps seperated him/her from his/her parents unwillingly, (say a child kidnapped rescued by the police is sent to one until the time his/her parents can make it to take the child away or the child was lost somehow and found by the polce is also sometimes placed in an orphanage until the parents show up or are located) the parents can with the help of police and by confirming their claim with DNA tests and valid legal documents can claim their child back and can take them away without any procedures but signing the necessary documents which confirm that they have been reunited with the child.

However in this case Sarika willingly gave her son up for adoption, he was even registered with a particular number in the orphanage if you remember, in which case she as the birth mother of the child willingly gave up her legal rights on her son and since Romi hadn't even accepted his son before he had none whatsoever; therefore they had to legally adopt their own biological son.

So yeah it wasnt created for the sake of drama or just out of thin air, and any orphanage does verify the background of the couple in question who come up for adoption completely - they check finances, criminal records if any and also if there' any other trouble with them which could in the future in anyway affect the child adversely, which is what was shown. Sarika couldnt be making much working as a lab attendant/receptionist in an clinic/hospital nor does Romi, however their adoption application was cleared, Ishita standing in as a guarantor for the child' parents wasnt a farfetched move as she clearly stated the child would be raised in a joint family which is financially stable and would look after the child completely.
