I think Pragati could hav fought more because according 2 ipc wateva happens between husband and wife isn't rape but i guess creatives wanted to end this rape trak. wat say.😛

no.... anything that is forced is rape... husband and wife doesnt mean men have a right over women,

UK's law says if one partner is not happy (and specially when there has been distance for a period of time!! <when pray was having extra marital affairs>) and man comes back and now think he has a right over her wife and she is forced 'is a rape'!!... even if they are husband and wife...

i totally agree, whether it be a stranger or your own husband, rape is considered RAPE... and as for the indian law, its a load of bollocks (sorry if im not allowed to say that, lol, let me know and i'll get rid)... its just plain ridiculous... me and my mum were watching the episode where pragati or rishika said that pranay is her husband and therefore its not considered rape... and my mum was like "what bullcrap?!" she was completely shocked... she just said "bring pranay here and then we can see what the UK law has to say about it... 🤢🤢🤢 but im glad he got his comeuppance...

Today's law is changing... There is a law in foreign that parents are not supposed to beat their children, if tehy do and the complaint goes to court the parents are punished... That wasn't there in India few years ago... But now it is also in law in India... So the same hold goods for husband-wife relation.... 3

Pragati is dumb............. and every human, man or female has the right to live their lives freely....n choose what they want for them...all the laws of the world oppose force of any kind on any living creatues.... if a husband forces himself on his wife its rape..... a woman has a right to refuse her husband... and im glad that this is over n the poor girl got justice....
