There are roughly five MLAs in one MP's constituency. And one MP's constituency usually corresponds to a little more than one district -- one district plus parts of adjoining district.

The first thing an ambitious person will do is to get to know the MLAs, sarpanchs of his district so that he can understand the politics of his area and makes the right contacts. Whether he wants to contests from a party or as an independent, the most important thing is to get to know the right people in his area.

In BV Akhi and other people are behaving as if Jagya is the only MLA in Rajasthan. The way Akhi goes, MLA Saab, MLA Saab is rather funny.

Jaitser village was similarly treated as a district when a district is far, far bigger. And the headquarter of a district is always a town, not a village.

Cinematic licence I guess.

Uttar Pradesh has roughly five MLAs to an MP constituency. Just checked Rajasthan : it has around 8 MLAs to an MP/ Lok Sabha constituency. It has 25 MP/Lok Sabha constituencies, 33 districts and 200 assembly/MLA seats.

So Jagya is one of 200 MLAs.

One of 200 MLAs.

Jhalra people did not even know his name, so his wife had to introduce her husband to the priest 'he is an MLA, he can take action against you' 🤣

Dont know from where Akhiraj's friend got to know about him and now akhiraj is all freaked out over him.😆

rohini i agree there r roughly 4-5 MLAs in one MP's constituency but it doesn't mean ppl don't know abt them. i'd seen villagers know more abt their MLAs.
ppl know MLAs either by their face or name & sumtimes they know abt their family also.its not uncommon but then its also a fact that all ppl don't know abt all MLAs.and AK mite'd heard of J but not seen.

@bold agree &thatswat AK is doing wid J.AK din't know & may b oder villagers mite'dn't known abt J as MLA but wen that pandit got arrested J was there bcoz cops do know J as MLA. and the villager who told AK abt J as MLA saw him b4 AK came there.
@bold blue AK & oders r behaving is not funny nor its like J is only MLA in raj. but jhalra must cum under jaitser constituency & AK saw J & got contact wid him as at that time only J whos MLA was present there. and AK needed sum1 of that post so they r behaving like this.

jaitser as distt. i know distt is bigger so they mite'd added many villages in jaitser. where BH is that must b called "sadar". yes distt HQs r in town not in village but wen Jaitser bcame distt it was still rural area.but now it has bcum a town.
my own state is predominantly rural & least urbanised state in India but still ppl r better living stds than rest of states which r considered as urbanised.its among one of the top 3 states. and wen my own distt was made distt (at that time i wasn't even born)it was rural area but now after 40-50yrs later its bcuming big town.

but yes i agree in shows & movies cinematic liberty is also taken.

First of all, an MLA cannot go and threaten people in another constituency. The local MLA and his goons will arrive and create a ruckus. Anyone can file an FIR, which I'm presuming J did. But his wife can't threaten people saying her husband is MLA.

In actual fact Akhi should be hiding from J because the priest got arrested for bal vivah. Akhi is guilty of conducting two Bal Vivahs, one very recently, not to mention kidnapping and murder. Too much friendship with J means running the risk of exposing his own gory background. More so as J won't recommend Akhi without a background check.

All this is only to create suspense and drama.

i don't think ganga threaten pandit.her whole dialogue din't luk like threatening. she said my husband is MLA & we can take legal action against the temple authorities.i don't find that statement as threatening. and 2 bring out truth they've 2 show them fear of law & also bcoz ganga felt that one of them is lying. oderwise J or Aji wud'd tried 2 stop ganga but neither of them did so nor even Aji.J later on filed FIR wen 2nd pandit accepted his crime.bcoz wen they din't know who did BV then against whom they wud'd filed FIR??
@bold i agree but AK is not thinking like that.wen sum1 gets infatuated wid power they do everything 2 attain it & so is AK doing widout thinking. may b CVs want 2 show that AK is putting his own feet on axe.
and yes 2 much frndship wid J means risk 4 AK but then where its shown AK knew J so well that J will do sumthing 4 AK widout a BG check.

.

Jagya did not go to threaten anyone He was looking for his son only When did Jagya threaten anyone ? He only went there as a father i haven't seen he has threatened anyone? He has filed police complaint and police is searching for Mannu and Pooja The priests were not telling truth but lying thats when Ganga told them just to scare them to speak the truth My husband is MLA if you won't tell the truth we can do case on you and find the truth through legal way ? Is this a threat? The priest scared now told the truth and later Jagya filed complaint against that priest and police arrested him The priest was begging to him you can save me Jagya said to him the police is not arresting you for doing child marriage of my son but you did a crime knowing very well what you are doing is wrong and crime Jagya no where used his MLA status here
