Thank you for reading. I'll continue 😊 . I didn't like the way Nachiket left Ragini alone in the show. They could have shown them angry at each other and at the same time being there too.

It was difficult and she wished her Aarav was with her. He always made her feel that nothing was impossible. She remembered the time Ma had scolded her when she had got less marks in her class 10 revision exams. She had locked herself up in her room feeling angry and dejected. Aarav had bought her candy floss and had made her realize that she could make her Ma proud once more. His constant encouragement had made her top her board exams.

Ragini pulled her daughter into a hug. With grateful tear filled eyes she looked at Nachiket to see him wiping a lone tear off his face.

Nishi held candy floss in her hands as she eagerly waited for Aarav to come out of his cell.

Nishi... you came? And candy floss... You remembered... Oh, I missed you so much, Nishi.

Nachiket watched with a smile on his face as his children talked in the good old brother-sister fashion. He felt someone's hand on his shoulder. He turned to see Ragini smiling at him.

It is good to see them talking isn't it? You brought my children together. How can I ever thank you?

Hey, they are my children too, remember?

Yes, they are yours too. Thank you, Nachiket. Nishi is right, you truly are a hero.

I don't want to be just a hero... I want to be YOUR hero.

Stop flirting, Nachiket, we are not silly young lovers anymore.

Nachiket looked at her ring finger and his face clouded with sadness.

Yes, you are right, I am not your lover anymore... uh... excuse me... uh... I need to talk to the... uh... warden.

Ragini looked at him going away sorrowfully and looked at her hand. She cursed herself for entering into the engagement of convenience. She remembered what Nachiket had said to Nishi; only the bravest people rectify their mistakes. She knew she was brave and that she had some unfinished business to do.

You are MY hero, Nachiket and I will prove it to you.
