Today our favourite characters became amar! it was a hard one to watch, the wisest man on the show Rawatji fell today, our angry young man Patta fell today, and so did Ishar Dasji and Dodiyaji

title: Mewar ki Aan, Baan aur Shaan hue Amar!

Chetak is a rockstar, he is like his Pratap, a one man army only difference is that, Chetak is smart all the time, and Pratap is sometimes dumbed down by the CVs!

Chakrapani was awesome- really good fighter!

Rawatji is challenged by HA, Surtanji is killed off by that coward and they attack from all sides, what ever happened to fighting one on one! such an act of cowardice! and then when Rawatji kills HA, akbar throws a spear at Rawatji, and our dear Rawat Chundawatji becomes amar! The man was the wisest man in US's court, a father to Pratap, and most loyal person to Mewar! infact we all know that his whole Chundawat clan is famous for their loyalty as their clan members made sure that Pratap sat on the throne of Mewar! I salute and bow down to Rawat CHundawatji, may this land have more sons like you! Jai Mewar!

Surajmal- is a freaking coward, he cant watch his kin getting killed by he has no guts to speak up and stand up to akbar for his unfairness! lanat hai aisi zindagi pe! I wouldnt even talk about him but coward should be shunned!

Dodiyaji protects the gate with such courage, him fighting many mughal cowards! but he finally becomes amar!

Patta fought and died like a veer! I really like how they are showing akbar how he was in reality, achhai ka naqab pehene ke dikhate hai akbar ko hamesha! Patta ki Jai, the young lad lived like a veer, he lived in style and died in style!

Shatranis at their gate fought really well too! I am proud of the women for putting up a tough fight just like the men did! Jai Bhavani!

These rajputs and rajputanis are mewar's best, they fought with all their will, even akbar was amazed at their strength! well akbar if you are fighting to protect your homeland, then obviously you will fight with all your might! no army will be able to deter them! They are Mewar's Aan baan aur Shaan and such people dont die, they will not perish for they are amar in our histories and in our hearts!

precap- Jaimalji falls! and Jiwabai is injured and may be captured alive!

today was an episode full of action, you know I felt a lot of pride, immense pride while I watched our veer fight till the end! I can only imagine what the real battle must have looked like! it was sad to see our favourite Rawatji and Patta go but I was proud that they fought with the strength of a 1000 men!! Jai ho Rawat Chundawat ki, Jai ho Patta ki! I am sad that they are gone but I am proud that they fought till the end and didnt show a sign of fatigue or defeat!

Jai Mewar! Jai EKlingji!

PS- you know today I told a native of Udaipur about the massacre of the 30,000 Chittodis at Chittod fort and he didnt know that akbar had done that! well Im glad this show has brought this history out in the open, and real faces have been unveiled! Im glad we have Abhay and others who post about history, so as I did, if someone doesnt know this history please educate them about it!

Rati
It was a tough epi as we list our beloved characters and I loved how they had fbs of their lives and the poem that was recited for them
Akbar and his entire army is full of coward chuhe who cannot fight fair at all
I bow down in respect and feel immense pride for all who fought bravely to save their Motherland

That being said I'm disappointed at the way they showed Patta's death by bullets. Patta was killed by an elephant who was set loose on him because he single handedly created havoc in the mughal army. The elephant then took his body wrapped in his trunk to Akbar
Similarly his wife and mother died in the beginning of the battle I think they were the first ones to die in the main batthe

Today we'll see Jaimal-Kalla fight the cowards and attain martyrdom.

Rati this week I kept on chanting your name before, throughout and after the show to make sure that I honoured the promises you requested. It was really tough during Rawatji's end and then again at Patta's but it seemed to work so if you hiccup this week then it's just me saying your name

Heartbreaking to see Rawatji, most sensible and favorite character of mine and our dear Patta go offscreen. And in history also their history is sad, but a proud one indeed. I wish they had dedicated an episode for the Amar of these brave great souls. It would have been a fitting dedication.
Yet to watch, but I am not surprised at Akbar's unethical war.
Remember Abhay's post, Akbar the 'Great' waged war at nights and we know how he killed Jaimal- so cowardly. My anger yet again turn towards those cowardly selfish Rajputs- they could not unite or support a fellow Rajput, but willing to shed all dignity and lick Akbar's foot.

yea they all died so quickly! it was not fair to us to lose all of them in one episode!

I was feeling proud of our veer!

PS- yes I guess people dont know it because they dont want akbar to be seen in a bad light and for that I commend the makers of the show, we may hate them for showing crap but im glad they made the show!

you're welcome!

Sorry for the late reply..the episode was brillaint one!
I felt goosebumps after every single minister..every single warrior laid down their lives for their motherland...with Jai Mewar and Jai Ekling Ji as their last words and that too was said with pride in their voices!
I admire and respect their courage, bravery and patriotism that drives them to smile with pride and without fear even while facing their deaths!
It was excellent!

You know...I used to see JA first and they actually tried to justify this massacre by showing that Akbar killed 30,000 innocent children, women and citizens as he was depressed by the death of his twins and he wanted revenge for that! WOW!!! Wasn't he just so kind and intelligent then...wasn't he so caring and good at that time!
People say that he changed as Jodha came in his life...but wasn't she already in his life since a long time before this happened

Anyway...today's episode will be a sad one too as we will see more warriors die so bravely...
We shall also see the women's saka today!

Thanks for this post Rati! Have a great time!
