They walked in the party holding each other's hands. Everyone welcomed them with applause.

They stood near Dadaji. Dadaji kissed Tara's forehead,

"Tara Bahu, you are looking like an apsara of heaven."

She smiled keeping her eyes low, as she was still feeling Mrityunjay's eyes on her.

"Attention please, my dear friends." Dadaji clinked on his glass.

"As you all know we are here to celebrate Mrityunjay's success. But I would like you to meet the woman behind this successful man. Meet Mrs. Tara Mrityunjay Singh Shekhawat."

Everyone clapped.

"Mrityunjay and Tara got married 4 months ago in a simple wedding, so not many of you know about this wedding. So I propose a toast in honor of their marriage, may you lead a successful married life."

All raised their glass for a toast.

Mrityunjay's friends came near Tara and congratulated her and then went to Mrityunjay and took him aside. Tara was surrounded by Mrityunjay's friends' wives.

"Mrityunjay, from where did you get such a beautiful wife."

"Yes Mrityunjay , there is a hindi proverb Langur ke haath hoor lagna', it suits you perfectly." His friends were pulling Mrityunjay's leg.

"Mrs. Shekhawaat you are very lucky to get a husband like Mr. Shekhawat."

Tara smiled at this compliment.

She sensed his eyes fixed on her. To confirm this, she raised her eyelids and Mrityunjay was caught in his act.

He turned his face away.

Dadaji was standing with his friends and was watching this.

"Interesting," he murmured. And then went to the music band which was playing a light pleasing music for the party and talked about something with them.

"May I have your attention please." announced the leader of the music band.

"We would like Mr. And Mrs. Shekhawat to dance on the music we will play now. Others can also join them." All of them applauded hearing this.

Mrityunjay's and Tara's faces were blank after hearing this.

Dadaji came near Mrityunjay and patted him and signalled him to go and take her to the dance floor.

Mrityunjay took a few long strides and approached her. He asked Tara's hand for dance by offering his hand in front of her.

Tara hesitatingly put her hand in his.

Music started playing with this couple arriving on the dance floor.

Mrityunjay gently kept her left hand on his right shoulder, filled her right hand fingers' gaps with his left hand fingers and kept his right hand on her bare waist giving her goose-bumps.

~Pyaar ko ho jaane do, pyaar mein kho jaane do~

Tara was looking down with shyness. She was not able to look into his intense eyes that adored her since the party started.

~ Aitbaar kisaka hai, intzaar kiska hai~

Mrityunjay slightly moved his left hand to start the dance.

Tara looked up.

~ Abhi na huwa toh phir kabhi nahi kabhi nahi~

His intense eyes were filled with the emotion of love.

Tara was losing herself in his deep eyes.

Mrityunjay was trying to satisfy the thirst of his eyes which were longing more and more for Tara the more they saw her.

~ Pyaar ko ho jaane do, pyaar mein kho jaane do...~

Her big deep eyes were like an ocean of love which he was drinking through his eyes. Her red lips were soft and smelled like strawberry inviting him to taste it.

Tara's hand on his strong shoulder gave her a feeling of his physique.

A soft gust of wind blew Tara's hair, spreading them over her face. Tara lifted her hand to remove the hair spread on her face but before they could reach her face, Mrityunjay's hand tenderly removed them touching her face. There was a sudden rush of blood in her body with his touch.

~Pyaar ke bich min hum nahi aayenge~

Mrityunjay eyes were constantly immersed in her eyes and hers in his. Mrityunjay then changed his hand and kept his left hand on her waist, and took her left hand in his right hand, giving her goose bumps again.

~Jis taraf le chala dil chale jaayenge~

Tara's heart was falling more for him with each dance step.

~ Chain sa gaya yuun laga dil gaya~

She was finding her solace as Mrityunjay's hand was holding her hand, giving her the surety of him being hers.

~ Abhi na gaya toh phir kabhi nahi kabhi nahi~

They were lost in their dance. Lost in each other's eyes. Their lips were quiet, sealed, but their eyes were clearly speaking the condition of their hearts.

~ Pyaar ko ho jaane do, pyaar mein kho jaane do~

Mrityunjay removed his hand from her waist and softly twirled her around.

She spun around like a peacock dancing when the rain comes.

~ Aitbaar kisaka hai, intzaar kiska hai~

He twirled her around once again. He then took both her hands in his and pulled her near him. He then took two steps back and then gave her a final twirl.

~ Abhi na huwa toh phir kabhi nahi kabhi nahi~

Making her fall in his arms, he was gently holding her in his arm. Tara was finding his arms the most peaceful place in the world. They were falling more and more for each other, forgetting the world around them.

~ Pyaar ko ho jaane do, pyaar mein kho jaane do~

Everyone applauded seeing their passionate dance.

They became aware of their surroundings by the sound of applause of their friends. Blushing, they stood there grinning. After this, the guests went for dinner.

Mrityunjay and Tara were blushing and embarrassed with their dance and were not able to face each other and so kept avoiding each other.

After the party was over, Dadaji was cherishing their dance and Mrityunjay and Tara were listening to it while keeping their heads down shyly.

"Mrityunjay I think we should pay a visit to our kuldevi mandir which is situated in the outskirts of Mumbai." said Dadaji, taking a deep breath.

"As you say Dadaji." he said.

"Ok then we are going tomorrow. Be ready at 6 in morning." Saying this, Dadaji went to his room leaving Mrityunjay and Tara puzzled.

Tara went to her room. Mrityunjay followed her but went inside the study instead of his room.

Tara was sitting in front of the mirror adoring herself.

"He was looking at me." She blushed.

She gathered her hair and started to make a bun, but didn't do that remembering how Mrityunjay set them free and so she also left them loose.

In the study Mrityunjay was still mesmerized by the beauty of Tara thinking,

"What she might be thinking? The way I was doting her I think she didn't like it."

"Oh..Really? Didn't you see her eyes which showed how she loved your adoring her." replied his heart.

"Mrityunjay don't listen to your heart, listen to me. Your act was like a love sick puppy." interrupted his mind.

"No...No.. Don't listen to him, you acted as a lover, a true lover."

While the fight between Mrityunjay's heart and mind continued, he sketched Tara. He sketched her the way she was looking tonight but was not satisfied with his sketch. For him, her beauty was beyond sketching. He slept in the study as it was too late when he completed the sketch and entering their room may wake up Tara and disturb her sleep.
