No,she is not pregnant,I think she is consulting a doctor to reduce fats from her stomache.Because nowadays she is feeling that she has put weight.

She wants to get a tummy tuck to remove the fat from her belly. Its a cosmetic surgery.

I am not sure , she even puked twice , I don't want her pregnant too, hope she is not and I feel karma is chasing Harshad after what he did with Navya , but no at cost of Aliya !
