a short poem on Arjun
Surrounded by happiness
I cannot help but stare.
Watching sunny smiles
And twinkling eyes,
Graze my energies.
I wonder why I feel the warmth,
Why it touches me body and soul.
The beauty, the warmth, making me crave for more.
Then I see, eyes shining bright,
Bright with belief.
Forgetting myself I bask in its warmth,
My heart lunges forward,
As my soul cries out,
No! Stay away! I am fractured.
My body trembles,
As I stares into eyes that have no doubt.
Basking in its warmth,
I shut my eyes.
Telling myself,
This is not for me,
For I am fractured.
Looking up to the fates,
My soul cries out,
Why am I fractured!!
Closing my eyes,
I engulf the darkness.
But to my surprise,
I see specks of light.
Confused, I look into eyes,
That shine bright with belief.
Thinking, but I am fractured?
