Given this auspicious occasion, which is much awaited by the sisters who get a chance to loot their brothers, the Crazy Creatives thought to share something special with you this time. We bring to you some timeless sibling bonds from the world of Indian television and some from the West. Notice and appreciate that if you've got a sibling, they are a solid part of your soul, okay? Okay!

Anjali and Arnav

Arnav Singh Raizada, ah! He is one memorable character. Remember how his sister meant the whole world to him? Anjali's Chotte could die for her quite literally. This bond was one of the best bonds we found on small screen. Though ASR was egoistic and rude, when it came to his Di, he was the best brother, very calm and composed and forever affectionate. We thank Tellywood on this special occasion for their beautiful bond that still lives in our hearts.
Ranvijay and Veera

Though Veera is the half-sister of Ranvijay their relation is stronger than most real siblings. Ranvijay sacrificed everything for his Veerakdi, to give her the best he did his best. They are the best of friends and a perfect example of the perfect bond between brother and sister. Ranvee loves his sister so much that every sister would love to have a brother like Ranvijay who can go to any extent to fulfill his sister's dreams and to protect her from all the storms. Veera doesn't lag behind. She too has done everything to give her brother all the happiness and supported him in all his life's ups and downs.
Maanvi and Jeevika

They didn't have a brother. Jeevika being the older one guarded and guided Maanvi and Maanvi's mad love for her sister was often enough to create tensions in both of their lives. Fact of the matter was, they simply could not live without each other and eventually everyone else around them just had to accept that.
Gunjan and Nupur

Miley Jab Hum Tum is one of Hindi TV's cult shows; those who have watched it are always going to remember it. The protagonist sisters, Nupur and Gunjan could not have been more unlike each other. Nupur, the elder sister was a river and the younger one, Gunjan, probably a lake. But they matched each other in how they loved each other, completely and unconditionally.

Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki (J2)

Even those who haven't watched Supernatural have at least once heard of the bromance between the Winchester boys. We decided to not be repetitive. The actors who play them are our focus this time. They aren't brothers by blood or anything. Jensen, who plays Dean, the elder one and Jared who's the baby brother, Sam, are the best of friends off screen as well. They are grown men, right, but they can also remind us of bunnies who are on meth sometimes. They are two giant suns on legs, okay? And from what their bonding suggests, none of this would be possible for either one without the other.
Gilbert and Arnie

If you haven't watched What's Eating Gilbert Grape (1993) we suggest you do now. It is the story of Gilbert (Johnny Depp) and his brother, Arnie (Leonardo DiCaprio) who has a developmental disability. Gilbert is, in equal parts, weighed down by his need to get away and his need to be there. Arnie is his lifeline though and it's so beautiful we suggestion, one more time, that you watch the movie.
Mycroft and Sherlock

From that horribly awesome show that only occasionally decides to give us episodes, the Holmes brothers fit the love-me-hate-me description the best. Mycroft is practically the British government and Sherlock is, well, Sherlock Holmes. They haven't decided yet as to who is the smarter one. However, given the overall abundance of smartness they can't quite express the love or the hate satisfactorily. The bottom line, though, is that their bond is pretty tight, whether they see it or not.
Elizabeth and Jane

Pride and Prejudice is one of the most popular books on this planet. Even Sheldon Cooper couldn't find a flaw in it. Apart from being a timeless romance, though, it is also the tale of two sisters, Elizabeth Bennet and her elder sister, Jane. Jane is sublime and Elizabeth is, for her time, reasonably wild. Jane's inability to ever be negative about anyone makes Elizabeth marvel. The optimist and the realist stick together through everything and appreciate what the other is.

That's some awesome siblinghood stuff, wouldn't you say?
