👏👏I do not have any better way to start this appreciation thread than by a special, touching message from Neha Sargam herself. As you can see this is close to her heart and lets show her all the appreciation it deserves.

This is what she writes ( I have taken her approval before posting it here)

" Rape is one of the most terrible crimes on earth and it happens every few minutes. The problem with groups who deal with rape is that they try to educate women about how to defend themselves. What really needs to be done is teaching men not to rape. Go to the source and start there... "ladkon ko aisa nahin karna chahiye..ladkiyon ko waise nahin dekhna chahiye" and so on. ... I'm dying to see every parent teach their sons this.. high time!"

I know this post looks brutal . But this is what women all around the world go through. Please lets help make it a safer place.😊

Now, about Neha. Neha continues to win our hearts with the mastery over her emotions. In a short span of time, Neha as Diya has entertained us as a brash, aggressive, impulsive journalist at Awaz. As a happy, cheerful and loyal friend. ( her scenes with Shaurya and Chiku were awesome!!) An accomodating, albeit naive fiancee to Karan.

Now, she breaks our hearts every night, transmitting her pain she went through as Diya.

Diya is broken, her spirit shaken. She will arise as a phoenix and shine brighter.

And Neha Sargam is taking us through each step of this journey in her unique simplicity and finesse. Hats off!!!

Vids. I absolutely love what you have written. Infact i love Neha Sargam more now after reading her toughts on such crimes against women.

Once you interact with Neha, you come to know of her humble, down to earth nature. She is rightfully a star of TV industry. I can just pray she reaches great heights in her career and personal life.

P.S : - The offscreen close up pic is scarier than what we have seen till now😭

Thanks Vids. I was really impressed with her post. She told me shooting for it was super scary but did it for all the women. So proud of her. This is what so many women go through, really hope this show makes a difference!!!

She is soo soo sweet. Yes, Neha would always think of all. Very generous hearted. I hope she puts more off screen pics in happier times as well. Mujhe Jhatka mila tha - image dekh kar. But she put it there to get the msg across. It worked.😊
