I don't understand what is there to make fun about it. The man only misunderstood his disease and there was nothing to mock at. The guy shoulders all their responsibilities and in return nobody even regards his emotions properly.

Well, no one said get well soon to him, so it's some progress I guess. 😆

His biwi n family never bothered to know why he tried to run away from them.

His biwi still doesn't know what emotional torture he had to endure because of her reckless deed of eloping with Ruhi.

His brother Mihir and saali Mihika still never shared with anyone how he broke down like a complete shattered soul when he saw his wife hospitalized.

His wife still doesn't know while she was enjoying the tasty Chinese cuisine at Mani's expense who had eaten hospital's horrible inedible compulsory meals to back her up time and again.
