I feel YO YOs rap was unnecessary
One +ve point - Hrithik and Sonam have good chemistry

Rahul Roy and Anu Agarwal. Sadly both became one-hit wonders only known for this movie.

I actually think the Dheere Dheere version from Tere Sheher Mein by Shaan is pretty good. It's pleasing to the ears. It has great music and didn't butcher the original. This one by Yo Yo is painful.
