I have to say, for me Aram Bano stole the show today. How cute was the scene when she comes in and interrupts the romantic moment between Abbu and Ammi? Anyone with children 5 and under will know that this is not an uncommon occurrence! I was smiling throughout that scene with the awesome threesome in it.

Other things I liked:

Rukaiyya: A lot of you will disagree with this one but the scene with Ruks was heart wrenching. When she says "Tum hamare zindagi ka sabab ho" you could feel the agony, the loneliness that she has suffered ever since Jo's entry in her life. Unfortunately she did not have the emotional fortitude to handle her fate with grace and dignity(in the serial, don't know about history).

JoJa: Akbar telling Jo that Maanbai reminds him of her and that's why he was so insistent about this marriage. The sharp Akbar saying that he too has realized someone is on the terrace and to behave normally so they don't alert the intruder.

And then the little JoJa romantic tryst in their room which was interrupted. That was very cute too.

Madho Singh: Yea!!! we have a new villain! That's all I have to say about him for now.

Salim-Anar-Maanbai: Another emotional gut wrencher for me. I actually felt bad for all three of them today, yes even Salim. Maanbai appears to have decided to ignore the doubts about Sanar that seem to be niggling away at her mind. When she says to Salim that she can never be upset with Salim it is kind of prophetic.

Murad-Shahabuddin: wonder if Murad is going to have Shahab killed once he escapes out of the prison? BTW, who is the actor playing Murad? Like him a lot. He might have made a better Salim.

I feel the tempo of JA has certainly picked up in this track. Glad that they downplayed the Jo-Anar love fest in the last 2 episodes. Madho singh brings in a new twist and then there is still the Murad-Shahab conspiracy.

devika, did i get the name right this time😆..umar ho gayi hai u know😉😆..will commnet once i watch the show online..you so much remind me of deviya's favorite fives that is why your thread has that nostalgic effect😉

Jalal is big dumbo compared to Aram... he should have slept beside aram on bed ... what was need to sleep on couch , and pouting all the time???

plz guys don't kill me for this... but today Jalal was more kiddish than Aram

Devki, maybe I am exaggerating a bit, but you bring life to this forum and much needed positivity. That I wait eagerly to read your writeup, is no exaggeration.

Today was interesting. The Jodha Jalal Aram Bano scene was endearing. As you said the CV's decision to keep the focus on Jodha-Jalal even in this Mughal e Azam track is the right one, only they have the ability to hold on to audiences.

As for Madhav Singh, his role is going to be a short. From the precap it appears that Jodha suspects and will do something about it. So, more work for JO-JA, but that is always a good thing.

just watched the epi in ff mode! my reactions...

first akhda scene was okayish!

that new character who is negative but not out of context, do not know what actually happened but did not look out of sync!

the second akhda scene with aram was slightly better and its always a pleasure to watch akhda if the scene is done without visible discomfort and touch restrictions..loved the way jalal kissed jodha's hand..looked more natural!

as per precap jodha yet again is jalal's savior wonder what happened to the spy system of a great monarch of his times who once ruled the whole of hindustan..again misfit NR!

i never enjoy sanar scenes because of the actor acting salim, anar is still tolerable and didn't know maanbai could be that dumb!

ruk's solo scene was good and i really felt her pain even though her character is butchered to pieces..lavi did well in that scene!

all in all an ok episode but loved monday's more as jalal rocked it!

Devki dat trios scene ws treat to watch,,, a stress reveald scene, Araam is just lyk her dad naughty.. Jalal bechara, 2dy Aram remind me chotu rahim. lol and the hand kiss I just luv dat. no doubt Jodha ko do do bache sambhal na parta hain . Love love Akdha expression.

Haan yaar woh toh typical dumb dad hain hi. Kabhi kabhi dads are more kiddish than the kids.😊

I am just kidding guys. I really do not have anything against dads.😊😊

Hi Devki, nice write up again. But I may differ with u in 1 r 2 things . I write about the things which I didn't like much first 1. RUKS scene; Before her FP, I used to feel sympathy for her as she really has love for JA. she loves him in her own way. Even we were able to tolerate her insecurities n all. But after that FP I really lost sympathy for her. Its one thing to envy ur sautan in a polygamy but to get upper hand on her if u start cheating ur own husband, then its really pathetic. After that she always cheated n hurt both of them. I can't empathize with a lady who cheats her own husband n says that she is doing all this out of love towards him.😡 But LT as always did very well as a drug addict. she is way better than SALIM. 2.SANAR-MB; in this scene its not a bad one but at the same time not a good one. They can show MB a lil more intelligent. by the way the actresses r better than RB in that scene.

JO-JA-ARAM scene; its really the best scene in today's epi. That little girl who plays ARAM is really a cutepie who shows so many expressions n even says her dialogues properly with pauses n all. she is really beautiful n very good actress. RB should learn some skills from her😉 Just kidding. But she is a natural. RT is always best with these kind of scenes. What I really liked most in this scene is when JO comes to him n caresses his hairs, then his reaction n his dialogues n voice, its really sexy n typical hubby wala.😉. JO also always enjoys teasing him like this. so its really a beautiful pyar wala scene JA style.
