Ishita is seen consoling Ruhi, Adi, Simi and her FIL who are all crying in front of Raman' photo; even as she cries herself. Ruhi laments for a new doll, Adi for his broken bat as they miss Raman and then its revealed its all a thought that Raman has as he sits on the sofa in his home while Ishita and Ruhi are doing a pooja.
Divz gave a byte and she says Raman is suffering from some sort of allergy but he has got it in his head that he is about to die which is where this whole seq comes in and even Ruhi has a dream and its shown that Ruhi dreamt that Ishita has had a baby and a family photo session is done where Ishita has the baby in her lap Adi in the middle and Raman on the other end with Ruhi sitting beside him.
SBB - the seg is mostly similar here too except that Ishita is also seen taking care of a baby in a pram and Raman imagines they have had a third child too while he leaves behind a widowed Ishita. SBB also said that Ishita has met with a doctor and if things go well she might really have a baby of her's soon enough.
