Stone hurling is not OK.

Nimboli throwing stone to teach a lesson.

Its not cute.

She chooses soft targets. Not Akheraj.

Yes . It's not funny but so was that man who rammed his cycle into the person so carelessly and then saying it is all the fault of the other person.
The man is not a soft target - he is a bully.

She has taken on Akheraj in Gopal's case knowing very well that she will be beaten up.

She will take up Mannu and Pooja against Jagya too just like she has taken Kamili abd Gopal's side.

Any other girl would have got beating but she is Nimboli - so nothing happened to her. With Nimboli - creatives are showing how someone can indulge in cruelty towards others and get away with it - Pampo's mother-in-law, Kamali's prospective groom and now this man. In fact even beating and burning does not leave any scar over her body (similar was case of Kamli - I thought she would die - but she escaped without even a scar).

I guess the problem is that little girl didn't take it meekly like the Saint Mangala.
The man bumps into her and insists that the fault is hers falsely and the little girl stands up for this cowardly woman she becomes wrong.

Now what is she to do? She has not seen the inside of a school so she can't give lectures like her mother did from the time she could string a few words . But should that stop that girl from standing for some one?

Nobody taught her that her methods are wrong. When she tried to teach lessons to that girl's mother or that middle aged man who wanted to marry Kamili all they did was beat her up and locked her inside.Did anyone tell her that this is not the way to handle problems?

When Shivam gets naughty out of control his mother is criticised royally for not teaching him how to behave but a girl who has no one to teach her anything she does something wrong she gets bashed.

Mannu who is 15/16 year old and Pooja who is also around the same age but for their misbehaviour their parents are blamed but why no one is blaming great Mangala Devi for not explaining things to her instead blaming that little girl?

Mangala is living in the same home as her husband's murderer and a man who almost raped her.

If this great Mangala has her way she will teach that ittle girl also do the same thing. Just like she protected herself using mask she gave the girl a knife. With her training she too will learn how to bottle up rage and put up with Kundan Urmi for the rest of her life. Then she too will become Mahaan like Mangala.

Presently Mangala's way of handing things is teaching Nimboli to be defensive and a coward. Not to stand up for herself. Keep a low profile. If someone hits her on one cheek, she should extend the other, or just bow her head and move on. She hides Nimboli face in her pallu to shelter her from all bad that is happening around them.

If Mangala had given the cycle man a dressing down and made an example of him, Nimboli could have learnt the proper way of dealing with situations instead of throwing stones. And her respect for Mangala would have increased.

Getting encouragement from the crowd on this manner of handling things is only going to add fuel to fire.

Problem is that Nimboli is not a robot. She is a living being who can think and has some instincts she was born with. As she grows older, the sense of right and wrong that she has inherited will urge her to respond to situations.

Since there is no one to teach her the right way of channelling her urges, she will do what she feels like.

Day is not far when Nimboli will tell Mangala to stand aside and let her handle situations since Mangala cannot handle them herself. Mangala will do it gladly.

And I am resigned to Nimboli spending several more years in Akheraj's house under Mangala's able care, protection and guidance like should be given by any mother.

Actually this is nothng to do with education levels and more to do with approach to life.
Poor girl she inherited her mother's instints and father's methods to combat problems in life and doesn't have her mother and father by her side to tell her how to channelise her instincts and polish her methods.

Mangala's methods is show to duck and walk away from the site of trouble and if it cannot be done use some quick fix method to deflect the problem and survive the day.

The truth is we come across many people like Mangala even among educated and well placed sections of society.

These are the people who want to reach higher but don't have it in them to fight to reach the heights thye aspire to they keep watching colleagues walk past them and they sit back and do all the work that is dumped on them while more daring colleagues will be testing new frontiers.
So it is not education financial independence social position - it is something inside that determined whether someone is a fighter or not.

Nimboli is a fighter Mangala is not so sooner or later Nimboli will feel restrained and chained simply because the lady can't handle some one like Nandini.

@bold red Please don't say that Nimboli is going to spend lot more years with this lady.
Whether Anandi desrves to unite with her daughter or not Nandini desrves to all that her mother Anandi can give her and also her legacy which is rich. She needs to know that she is a daughter of a martyr and a mother who fought for others even if she is foolish and they both wanted her with all their hearts. She needs to know that she was not dumped in garbage bin but she was the most eagerly awaited little angel her father wanted and not manhoos.

yes I agree Nimboli behaved in a very uncivilised manner. These are not the characteristics of a Lead character. She should know to control her anger. They say words are more powerful than a weapon, so Nimboli could have shown giving a befitting reply to that cycle wala. If lead character will behave like this fuming with anger then throwing stone at a middle aged person, then what is the difference between a lead character and side characters like ganga harki who are always fuming in anger.
I didn't find Nimboli's act funny.
