The newbie actress,
Kirtida Mistry who has made her debut on the small screen, started her career as a make-up artist where she groomed several models for ramp shows and actors from television shows. So what made the lady take up acting as a profession?
Let's find out!
The pretty looking actor said, "The transition from being a make-up artist to essaying the female lead in
Life OK's
Piya Rangrezz has been an interesting one to say so. My colleagues and acquaintances were of the opinion that I having striking looks and features and that I should try my hands on acting instead of making a career as a make-up artist. Soon after, my brother helped me with audition details and I carried on with the procedure."
"This is how I bagged
Piya Rangrezz and I decided to take up acting full time!"
So doesn't she miss her alternate profession which she gave up?
The actor quipped, "No. I do not miss it at all. I am in love with acting. I do not do my own make-up for my show as I am busy reading my script. It takes me a little more time to learn my lines compared to other actors as I am a newbie. But whenever I plan to party or go out for a formal dinner, I do my own make-up."
Hmm...
Now that Kirtida's character is all set to take a transition from a submissive one to a strong woman, we asked her about her excitement on adding another shade to Shraddha's personality.
She averred, "I can't wait to see my character turn into a confident and strong woman. My fans have been asking me that why am I only seen crying on the show. So now they will have a visual treat watching Shraddha pass sarcastic remarks and voice my opinion."
"Until now, essaying Shraddha was a little easy as I am similar to my reel life character. I am a soft spoken person so getting into a personality who is shouting, arrogant and sarcastic will be difficult. I am very excited to portray this challenging role."
Way to go Kirtida!
