You point details, which are supposed to be considered by writers, but seems they are not be able think any logically, so we have what we have.
Soups are easy, entertaining, but even in soups has to be some, a tiny bit logic. Please try (to people, who write all nonsense in the story).
About Shaad. He may have noble intentions as an army officer, such as defend people from terrorists, but he has no noble intentions towards Sanam/Jannat. And never had, except just once, when he saved her life, in his own manner - proclaimed her as his wife. His huge & most unworthy action. A man doesn't need to announce a woman that he rescued a wife. And then spread and continue this lie.
I really don't like Shaad. He's not noble and indecent.
I'd like to add one more question to yours: In jungle, when Sanam "was back" for a while, she told Aahil that another Sanam had sold Seher. Then everyone forgot it. Aahil supposed to do something to try to find out what happened...
& yes, Lateef is so not nice these days...
I don't understand khala's actions also. What kind of khala is she, constantly betraying her own nephew...
