It shows Nandini and Aryan on the phone and both of them aren't supposed to meet before the wedding, but they do anyways. While together in the car there's an accident and she hits her head on the steering wheel.

(I hope this doesn't stop them from being able to marry each other.😭)

I knew something would happen to prevent their wedding..i think thats how she ends up marrying Prince..
