THE DIVORCE
Lo' Peeps ! I have decided to write something on SherDha for my sadistic pleasure ^^' Here the situation and circumstance gonna be a bit different from the show as Sher is still unknown of his mom's truth and SherDha will be separating after Shraddha's presumed infidelity on their 4th anniversary, after she had to spend a night alone in forest with Virat, looking after her brother, who infact was home and not disappeared ! Henceforth, both families agreed to get Shraddha remarry with Virat !
He used to call her Shraddha Ji, and she called him Sher Ji, in this bond which both were constrained, she by threat and he by love for her, they have never left any place for love or affection. Both were well aware of their marital statue,duties and obligations to fulfill on that due. That's the only recognition they hold toward each other. While the span of time that they had to spend in each other's proximity, under one roof, had them know each other better so to induce to settle a common ground of familiarity and accept the fate. For one, the fate didn't remain accursed as it used to be and projects to eventually reconsider her feelings for him meanwhile the other one tries to become better person by each day, for redemption and in order to provide a better environment and future for this unenviable relationship in the start.
Why the path to get them closer is filled with thorns and hurdles each time when the contrary can happen in a bounce ?
There is no where place for future ! Sher has confidently put on his decision to remedy on his once mistake by getting her out of his life. This new born volunteer and will to repair the bad and do something good at place, should she permit herself to break it by confessing her feelings ? No ! That would upset him beyond ! How unfortunate that he couldn't see his redemption being accomplished since longtime, by bringing back that once lost gleam and joy on her face, just by being on her side and according her to stay beside him with the etiquette of 'Sher Singh's wife'. With all the blissful moments he bestowed her in past four years, should she have the gut today, to pretend that the sorrow he is giving her now, is procuring her happiness ? It would be insult of quality time they spent with each other ! Why the mind is vehemently against the pretension when it couldn't restrain the heart to love ? All these turbulence of thoughts are disturbing her inner peace while her eyes were permanently upon Sher, driving her home in all vitesse ! He doesn't seem to be affected an ounce, nor sensing her gaze on him ! There was time, even when he wanted to be harsh on her, the trick of her languorous stare would always work, to make him feel awkward in someway and look at her so that she could entame a conversation. Those thick black locks, descending in stray above his eyes are incessantly blown by the wind, making it a clear way to view his eyes, straightly making upon the way forward us ! Those swollen eyelids and sharpened lashes are telling how much she pained him ! Would her few words still be able to budge this iron face and this fierce heart ? The expectation of a fruitful result already makes her inside growl in anticipation and ecstasy, that couldn't resist a broad smile to reanimate her lorn face, in such moment, even when her whole interior was aching and her soul was sighing in agony that has already parted her heart. Making unsure about if she still holds a proper hand on her own feelings !
All the way to her home, a dooming silence has tamed the whole atmosphere, leaving no place for any good aspiration ! Shraddha understood that she holds no chance for any reciprocation of feelings ! She contemplates with much melancholy the hollowly nature of autumn around her ! It's like reflecting the internally image of her outside, as a mirror, to show her how dull and dim it has turned into. The grief and sorrow has engulfed her whole interior. This love, she had known has such an amer taste ! The wind blows on her smudged face with tears, in attempt to sooth a bit of her pain ! She's weeping, with hope to pour out her heavy heart, but the truth is, it's only getting heavier with time.
Once arrived, Sher hastily goes to take her suitcases upstair, in her room, leaving a saddened Shraddha behind, by the barrier that has already started distancing them away from each other.
He leaves her stuffs nearby her bed and begins leaving, before Shraddha grabs his hand and pleads him to listen her for one ultimate time, in a choked and teary voice :
"Be.. before leaving, I would like to confess you something !"
"I'm all ears" he taunts, stressing carefully on EARS' and a sudden impulsion within him, conducted Sher to corner her behind the door, slapping his both arms by her each side, so that she can't attempt by anyway to avoid his face while confessing her misdeeds.
This much of proximity, sensing his face inches away from hers, his warm breaths and exhales, sprinkling her face, tickling her nerves and making her heart races at all pace, these all elements are her enemies today, alluring her to get weaken and intimidated at all cost ! She closes her eyes, to get everything straighten, on right place, and opens her eyes again to be shaken by the intensity of his gaze, directly arrowing her !
"This 4 years of common life weren't null ! I have really loved you and I still do, with all my strength !"
"Well then we're at same point !" he exclaims sarcastically, by surrounding her thin waist within his platonic arm, and intertwined his other hand with her, with much force, to signify the extreme love and passion, he had bear her ! Yet the cruelty and ruthlessness in his gesture, to point out, how she made a joke out of all. Then brings her closer to his face. To peel her face profoundly ! For this much of fragility and innocence, he has madly fallen for once !
"If we love each other this much then why are we getting divorced ?" he mumbles in a husky voice, meeting his forehead with her pale one. With much cynicism, he approaches the below corner of her nose and leisurely hums around to keep her palpating for more, until his phone rings, preventing from leading further this tortuous intimate session !
"Of course ! That's excellent !" and he rapidly hangs up the phone saying triumphantly, with a broad victorious smile :
"My lawyer has ready all the papers and formalities for the divorce !"
"Now, don't you think it's time also to remove that alliance ?" and he takes off the ring from finger, ready to throw it in dustbin !
Shraddha cries : "No, no ! Do not throw it please ! I would like to keep it !"
"Why keep something that's completely rusted and wasted, worn out like our marriage !" and he throws it in the bin, right in front of her face, in slow motion so that she can be convinced about his conviction : TO TURN THE PAGE, FORGET HER AND RECOMMENCE LIVING AS BEFORE THEY MET. How much he struggles to hide it, a flood of tears start escaping from his low-lids, betraying his own conviction !
With teary eyes, he goes to pin his forehead against hers and murmurs :"This little thing here (pointing at a side of his chest) has effortlessly been beating for you since the first day ! It has borne you so much love that it at least merits to be broken with some dignity ! Why with so much severity and disgrace Shraddha ?"
"But you know that you can still look after me, if you want to spend a night alone in the forest on your 4th anniversary with Virat !" he tends her a faint smile, and blows her one last fly kiss before departing !
Leaving a shattered Shraddha, on her knees, rummaging the whole dustbin, to find his alliance.
Behind the door, Sher leans on a wall, bleeding after all the unscrupulous acts he demonstrated in front of Shraddha. It seems as he has renounced for a part of himself ! He feels like weighing unnaturally lighter ! Twisting with all strength, the finger that has the etched mark of his alliance and hits his palm over the pillar, so that he can wince and ease his internal state !
After getting hold of the alliance, she crawls on the floor, appeased, kissing it profusely. As soon as she hears the motor's sound, she runs as fast as she can to reach by him, but once out, she sees only the smoke of the motor, left behind and the mangalsutra hanged on the gate.
