Agree, Shahid is more reserved than the Arjun, Ranbir, Ayan, Varun young pack.

But inspite of his aversion to press his wedding was televised, or at least whatever part he let journos show...on ALL indian channels...he is a big star inspite of his aversion to publicity

No, that's not the point. At least not in my opinion. I'm sure those who wished him online did privately too. I mean, these celebs meet each other every other day and wish each other personally ... Yet they all take the platform to do it online also. If they can do it for birthdays, movies ... Why not for important event like marriage?

If they had genuinely love and respect for him they would have but than again maybe most of them will go to the reception so they congratulate him personally and the others who wont be there said it through twitter. No reason to make a big deal out of it.

load of ego and issues in between them, All of them consider themselves stars on their own term. They do all those praise, wishes ,appreciation where their benefit is there. All those public display of affection etc. on the basis of groupism on the basis of star power etc.Shahid being a non a A lister star they dont see anything . So also i think shahid also fall into that category and he is just a victim of his own selfish bollywood industry character where money, power , groupism rules. If one have non then twitter post waste karne ka nahi , khali peeli khali peeli wish karne ka nahii. 😆

The whole of BW is as fake as a $3 bill. But the point is, it's basic courtesy to wish someone on noteworthy occasions especially when most keep insisting on unity amongst fraternity and all that jazz.
