awww guys, i hardly think its hypocracy ... i think it was just that he is confused about his own love for jassi, and he knows what raj think about her. and thus he just wanted to avoid any encounter.

the poor guy doesnt even know what he wants. but above everything i think he lied to Raj, because this time his i love you was from his heart. Not a plan or anything, and thus he didnt think he wanted to share it with raj ... not just yet. I really loved and respected that thing actually. a true gentleman, who wants to respect his love for the girl he loves. though he is confused, but he does have a clue he loves jassi.

I agree with you on that. Surely Armaan didn't know that he has fallen in love with Jassi. Actually the inner Armaan...the high society chairperson in him cannot accept that he has fallen in love with a simple Jane and that too his personal secretary.😆

I mean..his kind of guy would always flirt with very fashionable ladies and really rich. He didn't want to commit himself to any lady in the beginning but he got engaged to Mallika for the sake of Gulmohur. For the sake of Kohinoor and Gulmohur, Armaan lied that he is in love with Jassi. 😳

Raj knew that his friend Armaan surely can charm any girl and so Raj is finding it tough to digest that at this point...all the cards and lovely and sincere flirtations of the ever-charming Armaan Suri is not having any influence on Jassi. Raj is so shocked specially because Raj knows that Jassi has a serious crush on AS and has been all the while dreaming about him.😆😛

Armaan is not realising that he is in love with Jassi. He surely is confused as to why he is getting so possessive about Jassi..when everything else other than Gulmohur doesn't matter to him. He started this whole romance drama to Jassi just to save Gulmohur and Kohinoor from Purab.😛

A huge blooper of JJKN could be that....the love drama which AS started with Jassi to save Gulmohur from Purab is still continuing even after Purab has left Jassi. Raj's brain or that of the makers of the serial is not working...because Nandu was always a part of Kohinoor and it has been proven that he won't harm Gulmohur or Kohinoor in any way...but still AS is continuing to think that he is doing the love drama (which is now actually true love) to save Gulmohur. But the question is...whom should he save Gulmohur from? Purab was the one who was the handsome guy against whom Raj told Armaan to place a handsome 'banda' ...which is Armaan himself to woo Jassi. But now at this point..when there is no Purab..then why should Armaan continue the love drama?😆

Raj is also not thinking that...Nandu is not a threat for Gulmohur or Kohinoor..then why should Armaan continue this 'Mission Jassi'? Raj is continuing to encourage Armaan to woo Jassi and Armaan also is doing this baselessly or rather because he is in true love with her. Raj is either not highly intelligent to understand Armaan's true love or perhaps he is so intelligent that...he understood Armaan's real feelings and encouraging Armaan go get closer to Jassi. Whichever way it is...I wouldn't call Armaan a hypocrite. He surely is a very frank guy towards Jassi atleast...though he hides a lot from Mallika.😆

Armaan is presently very sincere in expressing his feelings towards Jassi. But Armaan is so confused because of his drama and somewhere he always enjoyed flirting with Jassi...because he respected her as a very intelligent and non-interfering girl. Be it the episodes when he had given her all those gifts, chocolates and all or when she gave him those flowers...you can see Armaan genuinely enjoying flirting with Jassi. It was because he was even then very much attracted to Jassi.😳

Armaan cannot agree to it..because he feels that all would make fun of him and also because of his commitment to Mallika and also because of his status and maybe because his parents also won't approve of Armaan bringing such a girl as bride. But Jassi is attracting Armaan inspite of all these, but he cannot accept it or don't want to accept it.😛

His heart is not in grip though his brain won't agree to it. Armaan surely is going through a myriad of emotions...jealousy, guilt, love, possessiveness and many more. His brain want to control himself and his emotions...but he is not able to. He is quite an impulsive person and surely his emotions are visible to the viewers...but for Jassi, everything that he is doing is part of the drama and he is just acting to be in love in front of her for the sake of Kohinoor.😆

So surely I wouldn't say that Armaan is a hypocrite. He is just very much confused and his brain is disagreeing to the emotions that he is expressing towards Jassi impulsively. He is not able to tell this to Raj..because only Armaan knows that he is genuinely jealous and possessive.😆

That is the beauty of the whole part...Armaan's brain and heart having a tug of war and that is really beautifully portrayed by Apurva and surely he deserved the Best Actor award for showing such versatility in acting those parts and that is why he won it too.😳

very very well said Priya. Indeed this is not hypocracy, just his confusion. He is confused how he said i love you to jassi. Taht too with soooo much passion. He himself is amazed at his passionate "i love you" confession. that why his own voice keeps echoing in his mind.
