I think this is the state with other BW film casting too - the fact that you are a TV actor or your online popularity doesn't really give you much advantage over a total newbie. Its basically someone who has no connections in the BW industry trying to find a good script, good producer who is willing to trust your talent, and a good distributor that would trust you enough to buy off your film to market it. An uphill task in short, that's why many TV actors who are venturing into BW are struggling. Exactly why I applaud Barun's perseverance and morals.
