I was surprised Murli couldn't drive because he is illiterate.

I know many people who are illiterate and driving.

What I understood from earlier episodes, Murli did study but not on an English School. Or did I miss something?

Btw, when Radha and her Mum came to Mathura Murli and Shyamili came to pick them up in a separate car. Wasn't Murli driving it or they had a driver?

I think what Neha meant to say is that her friends will think of him as an illiterate because he doesn't speak English and can't drive...

He is educated but in the local schools. He blamed Sadhna for not sending him for English classes.

But it's strange. How can LD be driving and not his elder brother and they have a car home unless per show due to him been illiterate.

They're just shoving in dialogue that'd make Murli rethink about Neha... don't think they care much if it doesn't fit with their original story at this point.
