seriously i never hated any villain ever like shanti devi.she mentally tortures her daughter in law.this is as bad as physical torture.normally paternal grandmoms love their son,s children so much whether they like or dislike their daughter in law.but sorry to say,but a little number of paternal grandmoms are also exist in our society who are patial towards their grandchildren like shanti devi.i also hate raghav type father and husband.a man should give importance to their parents above of his wife,its ok.but he should not give more importance to his sister or brother than his wife and children. sometimes raghav gives more importance to sarla than kaushalya.he may love his mother very much but it does not mean that he does not need to listen to his wife and children,s excuses.seriously shanti devi type paternal grandmoms and mother in laws should be toxicated with their food.so painfull,then the society will be more likely to liveable

Hello Shanti Devi is really a peace of work . Her discrimination against her sons children is horrible. We are also seeing she is smart and doing her injustice in such a way that her son is not really aware of how she really treats his wife and kids.
Part of that is because Koushilya for peace sakes and probably because she dose not want to pester him about reality bears it all quietly and says nothing. Sadly that just gives Shanti Devi more power and she continusly threatens her with "let Ragav come home'
I hope he gets his eyes opened soon ...because if it continues like this the father - son bond might not last much because of Shanti

I hate raghav fr not trusting his own son, no one should get a dad lyk him who wont think fr a second before assuming his own son as a theif...kausalya has the worst life, subha shaam she has to listen her saas n nanand's tana..upar se discrimination fr her kids :/ bechari kismat ki maari, sukhar hai at least her kids support her :)

i will not blame raghav in this one, his mother, made him think that his son is useless (he might think is son is like amit type)

the man get angry quickly no doubt, his mother knows this so well, she takes advantage that he is not at home and he is deaf, she uses this and makes every one look bad, she speaks in such a way that he blindly trusts her, he thinks his mother is great and what she does or says he has to say AMEN.

there are such people who does so, in Saturday episode he overheard his sister talks and stopped her and explaining to her how to behave, see his mother and sister are acting nice in front of him and showing their real faces behind his back,

his wife is weak that's why they can dance on her head, also his wife taking in anything they do or say and not complain to her husband ever that's why this happens to him, he thinks all is fine mom is ok and his kids must have done something wrong to amma.

no dear main fault is raghav,s.because maximaum wife are mentally tortures by her in laws,if they dont get proper support from their husband.because these kind of husbands are almost blinded by their parents and siblings.so,how much their wife complain,they will ignore it and tell their wife to comprise,thats why his parents and siblings get scope to torture their wife.almost 60% south asian domestic violance happens just because of this reasons.wife dont get enough support from their family and husband dont give support to their wife in his family

What happens in the Srivastav household is real depiction of life in some families for decades. Some of it is being confronted and addressed and so doesn't survive in today's society.

As unbelievable as it may seem, I have been baffled by the bias the old women show in favor of their daughters children with lower expectations of them and have higher expectations of their son's kids though they treat them with little respect., I've seen the master manipulation of the dadis who became a pro over time keeping their son in the dark and emotionally blackmailing the bahu who don't stand up to the elderly and hardly say a word that causes friction in the family..

Sarla and Amit will soon get their dose of reality check when Shivam marries Riya😆. Shanti Devi will face someone who stands up to her. After all Raghav has to live up to his lecture to his sister that a bahu should be treated like a beti. Sarla also has to look for another golden goose to drop some golden eggs in her lap. Once Riya comes to the Srivastav family Sarla's pipeline of secret funds may just trickle. The mother daughter duo are sure to create mischief.

Hope they keep it real and not fall into the usual Star Plus mold of saas bahu nonsense over time.

some paternal grandmaa's r are still exist like shanti devi, raghav should open his eyes and should know wts happeneing in the house he is not even trusts his children that is very painful more over kausalya i felt bad for shivam😭

that's right..its the reality in many households..n the main culprit is the son ..there r few who r spineless n know the truth, and they keep quiet..such kinds r at least supportive towards their wives..but Raghav belongs to the dumb category who keeps getting fooled..this is somewhat unrealistic since , for how many years can one carry on with this drama without getting caught? and here, Sarla is also fooling Shanti devi..everyone is nehle pe dehla..taking advantage of their status...but still, i like the serial bec. Kaushalya , being submissive, is aware of her MIL's evilness, she gives freedom to her children and trust them..she lets herself being played by her SIL and MIL for her family and husband sake..two, i like Shivam and Ria together..Sarla and her family is comic 😆 so the story is kinda balanced uptil now..only if they don't drag it in future, it has scope
